Roundtable Insurance, LLC is seeking a skilled customer service professional to join our Smyrna, GA team as a Client Service Representative.

The ideal candidate will have had a successful career in supporting professional clients. They will have the ability to learn quickly in our fast-paced environment and will seek to bring value in all client interactions.

Overall Responsibilities

The Client Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for providing continuous service to all accounts. Through servicing, the CSR develops a thorough knowledge of the accounts, becoming a liaison between the client and the other departments within our agency.

Major Responsibilities

  • Providing client support services to existing accounts
  • Professionally assisting prospective clients inquiring about getting an insurance quote
  • Handling client inquiries, questions, payments, and issues
  • Maintaining accurate and timely client account records

Essential Duties

  • Provides day-to-day client support which includes responding to customer inquiries and requests, creating and disbursing Certificates of Insurance and ID cards, processing payments, completing client center training and resolving customer issues
  • Maintains timeliness and completeness when interacting with clients, agency and carrier personnel
  • Reviews policies and all documentation in Agency Management System (AMS) for accuracy and quality standards
  • Enters website or phone request prospect information in AMS and assigns to appropriate agent in accordance with agency guidelines
  • Working in coordination with the producers, prepares proposals for new business or renewal opportunities
  • Communicates with Producers pertinent information about existing accounts
  • Serves as receptionist to the office, answering and directing phone calls in a pleasant manner
  • Handles personal visits from prospects and customers pertaining to service in a timely manner
  • Sets priorities and manages workflow to ensure efficient, timely and accurate processing of transactions and other responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Education/Certification – High school diploma required, State of Georgia Property and Casualty License desired
  • Required Knowledge: Basic knowledge of property and casualty insurance. Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
  • Experience Required: Two or more years of Customer Service Experience
  • Skills/Abilities: Strong oral and written communication abilities. Able to organize, coordinate and direct workflow. Exceptional personal character and drive, strong work ethic and positive attitude.
