Jacquelyn Jackie Bernard

Operations Manager

Jackie is the second of four children, born and raised in a family filled with love and a great focus on education, in one of the greatest cities in the world- New Orleans, Louisiana. Her upbringing in this city, renowned for being a “party town”, directly impacted her ability to work hard, but to also have a good time. She is currently married, with two young children, residing in Marietta, Georgia. They are a busy family who enjoys having fun!

Jackie has always had very lofty goals and dreams, which have been achieved by applying a strong work ethic, instilled in her by her parents, that she still carries with her today. Upon receiving her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Marketing from Louisiana State University in 2004, Jackie spent over a decade working in corporate Business to Business sales and operations. She has been a Certified Business Coach since 2007, in 2012 became a Supplier Diversity advocate and in 2019 obtained her Property & Casualty Insurance license. Jackie plans to obtain her Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation in the next few years, followed by her Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) in Commercial Casualty thereafter.

Jackie brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to The Roundtable, but she prides herself on being a helper. She values persistence, excellence in execution, getting or making things right, integrity and respect for everyone. As a self-proclaimed “business nerd”, she strives to acquire as much knowledge about businesses and industries as possible, to make informed decisions that will provide the best impact when consulting and coaching business owners, and to efficiently assist them in achieving their short and long-term goals.

People are often surprised to learn Jackie has a twin sister, and that she has lived in multiple cities throughout the country. When she isn’t seated at The Roundtable, Jackie loves, loves, loves cooking and baking, and she is passionate about the art of home décor. She also loves to read and is an avid planner, which is beneficial in both her professional and personal roles. Her favorite thing to do is travel with her husband and children, creating memories!
